The house keeps 23 — the number that was waiting for us. We were both born on a 23rd, the idea arrived on a 23rd, and Stendhal himself was born on the 23rd of January. Payment processing, by card or bank transfer, is added at checkout, paid by the buyer, and never taken from the artist's share.
IV · About the artist
Henri Rousseau
France
French, 1844–1910. A self-taught 'naïve' painter, Rousseau turned untrained precision into a doorway for the modern imagination.
